Manuel - Founder of Viana Roofing

Mr. DaCosta has worked within the roofing industry since 1974 both as a contractor and consultant.

As a contractor, he has been president of VIANA Roofing since 1984.

Prior to VIANA, Mr. DaCosta worked as a consultant with Trow Consulting Engineers for 8 years.

His duties include responsibility for taking orders from everyone at Viana Roofing.

Martin DaCosta

Mr. DaCosta has worked in all facets of the roofing and sheet metal industry since 1985.

His duties at VIANA Roofing are to oversee the daily operations of the company relative to estimating and scheduling.

Mr. Da Costa oversees all aspects of the sheet metal division.

Mr. Bandeira has worked in roofing related applications since 1984.

He has a great deal of experience in all aspects of different types of roofing.

His duties include coordination of field crews, estimating, supervision of field personnel and liaison with clients.

Robert Correia

Mr. Correia holds a BA Sc. In Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Correia has been involved in the roofing industry since 1997. He is a senior estimator who is responsible for new construction projects.

He is a member of Viana’s Safety Committee.

Mr. DaCosta has been involved in the roofing industry since 1986. He has extensive experience in new hi-rise construction, particularly pertaining to waterproofing applications.

Mr. DaCosta also provides roof inspections and recommendations for repairs/replacement.

Joe Flores

Joe Flores has worked within the roofing industry since 1994. Seven (7) Years during the summer months on the roofs with the roofing crews, learning various roofing systems, applications and procedures.

A graduate from George Brown College as an Architectural Technologist and has been an estimator at Viana since 2001.

Joe’s duties include estimating of re-roofing projects, co-ordination, leak inspections and proposals, maintenance inspections and reports.

Augusto Bandeira

Mr. Bandeira has been working in roofing since 1980.

He has been working for Viana Roofing since 2015 and as a Project Supervisor since 1989

Sergio Babel

Mr. Babel has been working in Roofing since 2009.  He is a Safety Supervisor since 2013

Mr. Babel has several safety certifications and is a COR Auditor and the in-house trainer for propane, under TSSA and work at heights under IHSA

Liz Fernandez - Viana Roofing

Ms. Fernandes has been working for Viana since January 2000.

Responsibilities include all aspects of office administration and liaison with Viana’s partners.

Andreia Rita

Ms. Rita has been working for Viana since 2018.

Her responsibilities include regular office tasks and support to the safety department.

Mr. Esteves has been working for Viana since 2005.

He is a Project Coordinator since 2018.

Marisa Crisostomo

Ms. Crisostomo has been working for Viana since 2019.

She has over 15 years of experience in Accounting. Her duties includes all financial aspects of the Company

Ashlie Bandeira
